I definitely appreciated the bed comfort; I was well rested for work. I stayed in various rooms and one had an electronic thermostat on the wall for the AC as opposed to the primitive mechanical controls in the unit, that provided very good temperature controls. One bad experience - on the upper floors, I left the sliding glass door open a bit at night for fresh air. However, some idiot didn't get that the entire hotel is non-smoking and lit one up; the stench wafted into my room and made me nauseous. The hotel should make it clearer at check in and in the rooms that the facility is strictly for health minded folks.

Bed quality; entirely no smoking; lots of shade in parking lot-car was cool.

Room was across from ice machine.

For the most part it was ok. We had stormy weather and they lost power and the Key card didn't work and I had a little difficulty getting the attention of the night clerk.

Efficient, clean.

Night staff hard to understand not readily available.

Overall, it was fine. The location and price were why we selected this hotel. Have stayed there before and would stay there again.

Convenience in location.

Size of bathroom. Room had 2 double beds instead of requested king.

The Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Cupertino has a greaqt reputation amongst previous guests. Online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests thought they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests felt welcome and cared for. Guests also enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. Guests also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
