Waited an hour and a half while three packed airport shuttle vans passed me by. Long check-in line. Room key didn?t work. No restaurant other than a sports bar cafe with three loud TVs. Because there is no early airport shuttle service, ordered a taxi for 5 am and it didn?t show up. No bell desk at that hour either. This is a tour group/convention sort of hotel. Weary business travelers should avoid this hotel.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and beautiful. Only need, a small refrigerator. We were pleased to have a Starbucks as well in the Lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay at Hilton in the past and will book with Hilton Hotels in the future.

I was expecting the generic American hotel chain experience, but this is really a very nice hotel. Freindly, helpful staff (I mean everybody, down to the shuttle drivers), nice rooms, great facilities for an airport hotel.

The hotel was OK, but with better hotels in the area for cheaper or same rates, why stay here. Parking was horrible - charged me $13 and no one was there o take my ticket - I didn't even need to pay! No smoking room smelled like cigarettes - my skin started to smell! Large groups of ppl take up the whole pool. Rowdy kids everywhere. Long, long hallways to get to your room.

The hotel is located across the freeway from South Coast Plaza. The carpet in the hotel rooms was disgusting. The decor in the room did not match. The lamps were contemporary , however the furniture was like antiques.The poos and elevators are the top features, oh and you must pay for parking 13.00 for overnight.

the rooms were clean and the hotel was nice.I was quite happy with it.The elevadors are neat..glass elevadors. The pool was nice and so was the spa. If I had to stay here again, I would.
