Loved the pool, the room, and especially the service!!! This hotel is gorgeous and quiet. Only 15 minutes from disneyland and Newport beach. You are able to stay away from the busy area of anaheim and the beach but you are still close enough to go to both and its attached to the mall.

Upon check out, the Hotel tried to charge me again for the stay. They also tried to charge me for stuff in the mini bar I did not use. They said my voucher looked "strange". They embarrassed me at the check out in front of many people. They took off the charges but it felt uncomfortable.

I keep on coming back! The rooms are spacious. The view from room is spectacular! Food is good. Service is decent. If you booked a special rate where breakfast is included - check your bill when you checkout to see if it is correct. I was overcharged 3 times!

We have stayed here twice with our oung children and Lved it. the pool and gym facilities are great and so is the location. They have kid's menus for room service. We never wanted to say at a noisy Dsiney hotel. If you want a classy place to stay, this is it

This hotel is CLEARLY meant for business travelers, NOT FOR FAMILIES. You cannot conveniently get any food unless you use room service, which charges 19% AND $2.50/order service charge, on top of inflated prices. Elevators were slow, stairs from the lobby were inaccesible. Completely unacceptable. Location is nice if you want to walk to the mall everyday, but otherwise the hotel offers nothing for families. We left a day early and were stuck paying for all nights reserved because we made reservations through the internet, even though were were unhappy with the hotel!

We were not "wowed" by our recent experience. We stayed there as a 2nd choice due to Disney resorts being sold out. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew. The hotel is conveniently located between Disney resort and beach locations but is geared more toward business travelers and those on shopping trips to South Coast Plaza. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful, but it's definitely not family-friendly.

Arrived on New Year's Eve with confirmed reservation and were told our room type was unavailable. It was clear they were trying to hold rooms for New Year's Eve revelers. Low and behold, our room type WAS available. Manager was unapologetic and treated us like we had inconvenienced them by demanding the room we reserved. Not a good way to start off a stay and it really soured us on the Westin chain.
