My biggest problem, I reserved 4 rooms. I called the hotel to make sure that I received non-smoking rooms, they only had one room reserved. I emailed them your confirmation and they said they would take care of it. When I arrived at 5:00 pm the next day, the hotel still did not have a reservation for my remaining 3 rooms. So my whole group had to hang out in one room. This was very inconvenient since we had dinner reservations at 7:00 pm. The hotel was nice enough to give me a suite and another upgraded room for our wait.
Large rooms, extended pool and jacuzzi hourrs.
The rooms did not smell fresh. It looks like some up keep particularly in the bathrooms needs to be done.

For those that want to be pampered, the hotel has teamed up with The Spa a luxurious spa with a saltwater lap pool and many massage treatments.

The hotel is very close to everything in Orange County. The restaurant offers guests a choice of cuisine. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. While located in a business area there are plenty of dining choices, and shopping within walking distance.
