Hotel appears to be undergoing ownership change. Room was adequate but heater did not produce heat and made the rainey/cool morning more annoying. Hair dryer was nonfunctional and call for replacement took rather long and delayed my departure.

Several 2-story bldgs with very close (free) parking - more like motel

Hair dryer in room did not work - almost made me late for my meeting

My overall experience positively exceeded my expectations as it was my first time staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel for future travels. Professional staff, immaculate and quiet room settings made my stay a pleasant stay.

The pet-friendly Crowne Plaza Concord is located in the San Francisco East Bay area and comprises 324 rooms equally suited to the upmarket business or leisure traveler. This is a super place to stay with all the bells and whistles you would expect from a Crowne Plaza. That is the opinion of many travelers who have stayed at this Concord Hotel. Those who spent a little more for a room on the executive club level said it was money well spent. The service, particularly with the complimentary breakfast, was quite incredible. There were some minor gripes that some rooms were not so spacious. Despite this most clients say they cannot wait to return to this property and have no problem recommending the hotel to others.
