I've stayed at many high rated hotels but I was not too thrilled about staying at this hotel. To my surprise it was a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Rooms were: clean, spacious, beds comfortable, staff helpful and friendly.

The college track team that also checked in, sound like they were trying to set a few record in the hallways, but they chilled out after a while.

The hotel was clean and friendly and the location was perfect. the is the first hotel that all of my family member really enjoyed their stay.

Front desk friendly, love the pool and location is right for us.

Centrally situated just two miles from historic downtown, Best Western Heritage Inn offers a newly renovated, neat and sleek looking retreat within easy reach of a number of attractions and amusements. Outdoor enthusiasts can go on a short drive to the Lake Oroville State Recreation Area, where locals frequently indulge in a number of aquatic activities. Lassen Volcanic National Park is also easily accessible from this site. Serious shoppers will appreciate being within close proximity to two shopping plazas. Although a free deluxe breakfast spread is served up each morning, guests can also choose from a wide array of dining options available in the area.
