Although we did not use it for eating a person can do their own cooking. The price was excellent for what they offered. The facility was in good condition and nicely kempt. The staff was courteous from the front office to the maids.I would give it an A+ based on my expectation for the price

The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott San Jose comprises 150 suites designed for the extended stay business traveler or families on vacation. Each of the suites at this three-story, non-smoking hotel has fully equipped kitchens and separate sleeping and living areas. Several former visitors to this hotel said it was not one of the best Residence Inns but the prices were attractive, the accommodation was clean and spacious and there were plenty of items to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Many clients said the property is more like garden apartments with each suite having its entrance from the parking lot. Some guests said they would stay here again because of the attractive while other said they would pay a little more to be in a better location.
