Great hotel, but I do not sleep well without a top sheet on my bed! It only had a comforter.

My company normally books me at another hotel for my business trips to San Francisco but this time the other hotel was booked up and I had to find a hotel on my own. Came across this Hampton on the net and I couldn?t be any happier and now making my company book me here from now on (for less $$). Staff was pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean and modern, internet was free, and the breakfast was incredible.

We chose this hotel based on the previous reviews and expected the "fantastic" breakfast but were disappointed. We stayed 3 days, and each time the eggs were either tough or stone cold, they would be out of muffins and/or bagels if you didn't get there early, and the pastries were the cellophane wrapped kind, which brought the general quality down to the standard continental breakfast you can get most anywhere. On the plus side the rooms were clean and fairly quiet, and the King suite was fairly spacious.

this hotel is one of the finest airport hotels i have ever stayed at. quiet rooms even those next to the elevators and ice machine. this hotel's staff bent over backwards for us. front desk was the best front desk that i have ever seen. breakfast was free and hot with eggs and sausage& gravy. a must stay for all ! rooms were clean.

This place was new and modern. The girl at the front desk was really nice and the breakfast was fantastic.

Originally booked across the street at the Mega-hotel for a 3-day meeting. My associate told me to try the new Hampton Inn across the street (we have a limited travel budget). Not only was the Hampton's rate about $25 cheaper but they included parking and internet which the Mega-hotel charged $30/day for. I was surprised how nice the breakfast was which was also free.. Rooms were nice, clean, and most importantly NEW! If you got an unlimited budget-stay at the mega-hotel, otherwise go to the Hampton. I figure I saved about $150 by staying 2 of 3 nights there.
