I thought this was an excellent hotel and I would definitely use it again. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The room clean and spacious. I was particularly pleased by the fluffy pillows and the sparkling white duvet cover, all nicely arranged on the bed. Just what I want to see after a long day's travel. It was close to the airport and a couple of good restaurants. Although the food was fairly standard, it was more than acceptable. I will certainly use this hotel in the future when I need to stay over near SF.

The room was spacious, the pillows fluffy, the duvet sparkling clean.

The breakfast food was pretty institutional, the eggs and ham too processed.

Just one mile from San Francisco International Airport and minutes from downtown, this Hampton Inn & Suites is conveniently located in the area's financial district. Services begin on arrival with complimentary shuttle service between hotel and airport, a complimentary breakfast spread including eggs, sausage and piping hot biscuits, fruit, cereal and a wide range of beverages. Recent guests report clean, very comfortable rooms with high quality bedding and spacious bathrooms. However, rooms on the first floor seem to be more regular updated than those higher up. An inexpensive upgrade can offer guests important extras, like fridges and microwaves. Morning breakfasts described as better than average. While this hotel is very nice and close to SFO, the shuttle runs between several hotels, is slow and doesn't run 24-hours. In the end, most guests say they would stay again.
