We were pleased. The hotel is convenient to the airport, is well maintained, has a great, quick breakfast, and is near three or four excellent restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely go back.

Clean rooms, good wifi connection, silent and comfortable, great shuttle service. Small room but good enough if you just need a place to sleep and check emails.

Very clean hotel, great breakfast in the morning, free internet, shuttle was on time? I would recommended to my friend.

For a very reasonable price, the hotel offered a lot of extras, like Internet access, coffee pot in your room, great free breakfast, and free airport shuttle. We arrived early (11 AM) and they let us have our room early. We used the free airport shuttle on arrival at the airport and then rode it back to the airport to take the subway to downtown San Francisco and then back to the hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The service was great.

The room was not ready at 3:00 when I tried to check in, and they never did fully make it up. The A/C doesn't work in ANY room. The staff is indifferent at best. It's a dirty place. This place is a hole. Don't stay here.

The worst night in a hotel ever! Called about A/C and was told hotel on a central system that only blew hot air when outside temp below 68. Room was hot & stuffy; had to sleep with windows open. Stayed hot; other guests and jets taking off across the bay prevented any sleep whatsoever. $* for a room with no A/C?? A shame because hotel very clean, breakfast great, staff OK.

This place was a pleasure to find. Polite service, clean rooms, comfortable bed, great location, even better price, and one of the better continental breakfasts around.

Very nice bay view room, overlooking the airport, although noise but view is worth it, hotel provide good breakfast, choice of juices..etc. free internet uses, great resturant right next door with good ranges of food & drinks, wonderful view while dinning there. I 'll come back to this hotel again.

I?ve stayed at Vagabond Inn Burlingame in October. I was flying following morning to Hawaii so I took advantage of their Park and Fly package. They took me to and from SFO for free. Breakfast was great and it was free too! Room was nice with fantastic bay view. Staff was very nice.

The hotel is on the water next to the Elephant Bar Restaurant which is great. The desk clerk was down right hostile. We were traveling with an infant and he put us on the 2nd floor on the opposite side of the elevator. He was angry when we asked for a ground floor room. He changed us but did'nt offer a crib. He didn't bother putting down the room change so for 4 days we were called by desk clerks asking why we were in our room. The hotel is out of the SF fog which was great. I told management about the grumpy guy-so hopefully they get rid of him.

The service was awful. After a long day travelling, the clerk was exceptionally rude and sarcastic, gave us a dirty room, couldn't show me where the rates were saying "you booked it, you should know"), no directions to room (when asked gave vague"it's over there" with head nod), alarm didn't work almost missed flight, missed free shuttle(due to alarm) cab 2 miles that front desk person called cost $11! Beyond frusterating for tired travelers, I would NEVER stay there AGAIN!!!!

A bad review had me nervous, but rates were too good to miss. Rooms clean and comfortable, shower massager a pleasant surprise. 2 computers for e-mail & internet, but no printer for return-flight boarding passes. Continental breakfast included Belgian waffles. Shuttle service offered convenient access to airport & BART. Mexican, Japanese & Steakhouse restaurants in easy walking distance. Little to amuse children, but otherwise recommended for the budget-minded traveler.

It's a pretty good motel. However, the following a.m., while I was typing on the intenet, the shuttle van to the terminal slipped away...w/out any announcment. I looked up @ 7:23 AM & found it gone. I inquired about its absence. The desk clerk replied that, 'she had to send it...' (almost 10 minutes early w/out asking those on the internet if they were waiting for the 7:30 van...) A taxi was immediately summoned & off I went. (I paid the driver $20. The driver quoted a $12 fare, he was paid $20 for his trouble) (I don't expect a refund, but a $20 credit to VISA card would be a wonderful surprise...) Thank you

Decent hotel for a good price. I needed to fly out of SF for a week. I was allowed to leave my car there, take their van to and from airport. The town is nice, good restaurants nearby. The room was clean.
