Don't bother springing for the bay view - ours was obstructed by the tops of blooming trees. Otherwise the hotel was great - super quiet, nice people, fantastic pillows!

We stayed here to be near the airport for an early flight the next morning. It was clean and adequate and would recommend it for someone needing to be near the airport. Also free shuttle to the airport.
Lackluster property with mediocre service - posted on 12/26/2005
Poor front desk staff, stains on carpets and dirty elevators, no answer by room service (40 rings), finally front desk explained "only one person is taking orders and delivering". One housekeeper was obviously smoking as she cleaned a non-smoking room (smoke was visible coming out of the room). To the manager's credit, he did refund my stay, but this just isn't a well-run property.

Front desk staff was rude and unresponsive, barely spoke. Was checked into dirty room, had to then check-in to another room. No apology was offered. There are better choices at SFO.

I stayed her one other time and thought the facility was great. This time, front desk was disorganized and not very knowledgeable. Billing error prevented me from leaving on time to the airport after checking out. Lobby and Halls were not as clean as first visit. Was very dissappointed in this stay.

I have stayed here on two different occasions. It is very convenient for early/late flights into/out of SFO. The staff is curteous and the beds are comfy. It's also fun to watch the planes coming into SFO over the bay from the front of the hotel.

I normally stay at the Hilton Hotels but due to the strike in SF I stayed at an Airport Hotel and was quite surprised at the quality of this hotel. Was very satisfied with everything but room service for breakfast. Ordering was easy but the food was fair at best. Check in and check out was very easy and everyone was just great.
