We only stayed for 1 night cannot write more than I have just written

The helpfulness of the front desk staff was outstanding.

Had to walk too far to our room and then he key did not work and had to walk back.

It exceeded my expectations. It was a great hotel with great perks and very economical. I'm glad we chose to stay there and not spend the money on the Marriott.

Free parking, free internet access, free breakfast.

They set off the fire alarm and were loud and obnoxious.

The 146-room Holiday Inn Express Airport South is a short drive from the San Francisco International Airport and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the BART station at the terminal. Other items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet which is open at 5am, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, in-room coffee and parking. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 50 guests. Many guests who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express said the hotel offered exceptional value and said the staff here provided top-notch service and had helpful information to make newcomers to town feel at home. Other plus points were spotlessly clean rooms, the shuttle to the BART station at the airport, free parking and an excellent complimentary breakfast to start the day. There were some clients who complained there were better deals in the area but those travelers were very much in the minority.
