The rooms are completely renovated and the beds are to die for! I was here on an family emergency and it was last minute. Everything was wonderful! Really clean and excellent service. Parking at 17.00 a night was a little pricey.

The rooms have been completely renovated and are absolutely beautiful!! The new bedding is very comfortable and plush. We were surprised that this hotel has such a fantastic location - gorgeous views of the bay. Parking charges much cheaper than downtown SF ... so saved us some money. Try JW's - excellent steakhouse!!

We used the hotel simply as a stopover on our way to Hawaii and it provided everything we wanted.

Not at all impressed with this room. Windows did not open and the a/c hardly worked...so the room was stuffy. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. No fridge...no microwave...$4.00 for water and $17.00 for parking...and you had to walk

Room was nice, comfortable beds, nice location on the bay. Blankets could use replacing. Drive into SF wasn't too bad - about 15 minutes. Staff very helpful. Parking fee was a bit much, we parked on street less than a block away to save the $17/night. They don't tell you until you get into your room that the internet connection isn't free ($10/day). There aren't any exciting places to eat nearby, but we didn't care since we spent most of our time in SF where the dining was great. Overall experience was good - certainly met expectations.

Very nice hotel with great view of the airport's runway and the bay (depends on the side of the airport that you're located). A bay view hotel costs a bit more. So does the parking. The sunday brunch is wonderful!

Used shuttle to hotel for overnight stay, flying out next morning. Very convenient. Good basic accomodations and services.

Stayed here for a 3day meeting. The hotel is incredibly convenient to the airport. The problem is that they nickel & dime you to death. $20/day for parking and $10/day for internet alone (don't ask about what breakfast costs).
