Holiday Inn Burbank is a well maintained property but definitely could use a decor update from what I saw. Could not check out on TV screen. Staff, however, was friendly and efficient.

Great location, free parking, gave us a suite.

Pull-out couch bed was not too comfortable, had to move heavy table to pull out.

The location was great for the purpose of our stay. There was a fine art festival down the street there are plenty of nice restaurants across the street. You can walk to the different stores and the near by mall. The garden in the back of the hotel is a beautiful place to relax. The restaurant was nice and clean. The bed was small even for a queen size.

There is a beautiful garden in the back which is a relaxing place after you have walked to different shops and nearby mall.

I had reserved two rooms and my room was fine but the one my sister stayed in had problems with the one of the lights and toilet not flushing.

Our stay was very pleasant. Travel with teen boy, needed special room, he loved it. Staff tried very hard to get close rooms. Upgraded room to accommodate our needs.1st night bath door squeaked woke up spouse. Saw maintenance man in, I asked him to fix - he got right on it That eve no squeak. Loved restaurant staff-(esp... hostess) we came in late 1st eve, they were closing, we were hungry, they cooked and made us food to go. NEVER made we feel like we were putting them out in any way. Hotel was very clean, rooms, bathroom, and halls. Plenty of helpful friendly staff. Maids were sure to greet you passing in the hall. I would go back no hesitation.

Staff very helpful, maintenance fixed squeaky door.

Smokers in non smoking floor told front desk.

In an area known for its high prices, several guests said this Holiday Inn provided good value for money and was in a great location. The team of employees did a good job helping first time visitors find their way around the area. There were complaints that housekeeping could do better and some parts of the hotel were looking a little dated. Despite this most guests said they would return to this hotel while others said the next time they would pay more for something that was spotless and modern.
