This hotel is located very close to local attractions. They provide luxury bedding, pillows, toiletries, and coffee. We really felt like we got a steal for what we paid.

This hotel provides high-end bedding and we got a great night sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the elegance of this hotel. It was tremendously clean and everyone was extremely friendly. We would not need to find another place next time, as we travel to Solvang/Santa Ynez once or twice a year. Our choice will be the Marriott Santa Ynez Valley in Buellton.

The 122-room Santa Ynez Valley Marriott is located 30 miles north of Santa Barbara airport at the gateway to the Santa Barbara Wine Country. The Santa Ynez Valley is famous for its over 80 vineyards and wineries, casino, cycling races, horseback riding, and the Danish Village of Solvang. The non-smoking, pet-friendly hotel is 25 miles from the Vandenberg Air Force Base. The four-story hotel has 10 meeting rooms for social and business functions. The largest can accommodate 600 guests. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, parking, local telephone calls and a copy of USA Today. There are four golf courses a short drive from the property. Other attractions nearby include glider rides, Hearst Castle and the Pacific Ocean beaches.

Pricey but close to perfect! That was the view of several guests lucky enough to stay at this Marriott property. Plus points were sliding doors that opened onto a patio, helpful and friendly team of employees and cookies awaiting you when you returned from a day visiting the wineries. Those who attended weddings here said it was a great location and the professional personnel did a great job organizing that special day. Many said they were anxious to return when they could afford it.
