The hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly. Room is large, clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that as you enter the room, there's the sink with 4 people in the room, getting in and out of the toilet/bath and entrance to the room was almost impossible to maneuver. As to the hotel itself, it is on a very deep lot and it takes a while to walk the distance from the back to the front where the desk, breakfast, spa and pool are. Of course, we have to walk further in a mega-hotel in Vegas. We will recommend it to others. We had a good experience with this hotel.

Room was very large and comfortable.

Refrigerator was noisy, had to unplug it. Area for sink was at entrance to room and not well laid out.

It was up to par with what we've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express, which has been very good thus far. The absence of an elevator makes me reluctant to schedule a stay at this particular HIE, unless they can guarantee us a room on the bottom floor. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice clean facility.

No elevator. We were on the second floor, which was inconvenient due to no elevator.

This Holiday Inn Express offers good value and has a team of efficient and friendly employees determined that all guests at this Bishop hotel should have a good time. Many clients say this is the best place to stay in town and they plan to stay here themselves on future visits to the area. Most visitors liked the location, close to the main street and a park where children could play, and said the complimentary breakfast was better than they had expected. Be warned: There is no elevator. If you have a problem humping luggage to the second floor, get a room on the ground floor.
