Excellent, understated service,quiet, efficient, friendly. Respectful desk and room staff. Free limo service to Rodeo Drive. I stayed in one of the "cheaper" rooms but still felt the aura of comfort and elegance. All in all, a very pleasant experience for those wanting a quiet, peaceful, luxurious stay without ostentation.

I visit Beverly Hills twice a year and always stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel. More specifically I stay in a bungalow there which is worth the extra money. In a bungalow you are surrounded by beautiful gardens and privacy is first rate. The service overall is incredible and every meal at the Polo Lounge is to be savored. I have also stayed there with my two young children on occasion and they were always treated very well and made welcome. I will never stay anywhere else when in L.A.

Excellent service!! This was our first time to LA and we would not stay anywhere else after staying the the Beverly Hills Hotel. Very nice rooms.

This hotel is superb! Wonderful, friendly service. Large, comfortable, pretty rooms.Can't say enough about this place!
