Time and time again we heard how fantastic a vacation at the Beverly Hills Hotel was. Although this is an upscale hotel we were impressed with the reviews that commented on how friendly and helpful the staff were. Sometimes the ‘posher’ you go, the snootier the service. That is definitely not the case here. The pool area was also a highlight as were the rooms.
