Courtyard Anaheim Disneyland in Anaheim California

OK but not convenient for Disneyland - posted on 01/01/2007

This Hotel is 2-3 star at best. The Staff was friendly and accomodated our early check in but during our five day stay we found the housekeeping services severely lacking. Plus catching the ART to Disneyland is inconvenient since you have to walk through two parking lots over to the Marriot to catch the shuttle to Disneyland. You can stay closer to the park for about the same money and have fewer wrinkles in your stay.

The walls are very thin! Could hear people talking next door, upstairs and in the hallway. Doors to rooms slamming all the time and very loud! We had no hot water to shower with at all. Front desk didn't know how to solve this problem. The beds were not comfortable at all--backaches the next morning. Would probably not stay here again. Very clean, but it is brand new.

Expected so much more. The staff tried there best but were understaffed and had to contend with just too many problems. Every guest we talked to had problems.
