Hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Close to Disneyland, but not walking distance. The shuttle to Disney was $3 per adult, so parking at Disney for $10 was a better option for us. The breakfast buffet was good but a little pricey. Overall, our experience was great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I had made the reservation for the wrong date and needed to change it to the nest day. It was a change from a Wednesday to a Thursday. I was not abla to change withoutlosing the $100 spent on the first room. The receptionist first said that she was really busy and I would ned to call her back later to get help when I called the first time to try to change. not good customer service. would not go or suggest again.

This was a great location. I searched around for the best reviews and this Holiday Inn had the best price and the best reviews. I would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone. Everything was great. We rode the shuttle for $3 a day. Bought our Disneyland tickets at the front desk. The rooms were very nice and very quiet. They were very clean and spacious. We also had a refrigerator which was nice. Nice restaurants very close by in driving distance. Shuttle came every 20 - 30 minutes. We plan on staying again when we go back.

We stayed here for trip with 8 year old to disney. Further than 1 mile to disney but very quiet area.Hotel quiet,clean,nice,staff friendly,great pool/hot tub- great for the price!

This hotel is great for the price!! Very, very clean! Staff was excellent. Ask for a room with a view of Disney. Try watching the fireworks from your room! Awesome! Make sure you visit the jacuzzi after a long day at Disney. It was the best! I was really amazed at the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. I will recomend it to all our friends and will definetly be back again next year!

This was a great hotel. Staff was great, nice & close to both the freeway and Disney, shuttle service to the parks for $3. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food at decent prices. Only complaint is that the shower head was on a very hard setting and was too high for us to reach to change. Felt like being showered with sandpaper.

We stayed for two nights in a one bedroom suite; two adults and 4 year old twins. The room was in good shape, though the bed was firm and pillows painfully hard. The children didn't complain about the sofabed, but I would have if I had slept on it. Loved the pool and spa! And loved the shuttle service to Disneyland. On site restaurant was great, though closed between lunch and dinner. I would definitely return to this hotel.

When I got there I was not sure I was in the right hotel because it was alot nicer than what I paid for. It was so nice and clean. The rooms had all of the amenities I would expect from a 5 star hotels. The room was very nice and the bathroom was huge. The cleaning crew did an amazing job EVERY day. Evry little deatil in the room was taken care of everyday.

Other than the fact that there was a problem with other loud guests and their children. Management took care of the problem right away . It is a very nice place to stay. It was easy access to freeway and Disneyland parking. No freeway noise could be heard. I would stay there again

Very nice hotel. Customer Service was wonderful. Very nice rooms for the price, we feel we got a great deal. We asked for a couple of things and got them right away. The only tiny thing was that the shower was not adjustable and the spray that came out was very light and it took a little longer finish up. We will definitely use this hotel again if ever in this area.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The air conditioner thermostat and unit could use improvement. It was loud and the auto cycle would either turn on to many times or not enough. The pool area was very nice. The Disney shuttle was always full by the time it reached the hotel, so plan on standing. Watch out some mornings I would not get my wake up call. Even with the minor issues, I would stay here again. Good price and nice hotel. Request a room with the Disney view, fireworks were great.

The hotel was very nice and the beds were coomfortable. My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and had only one bad experience. The room service was the worst I have ever had. It took one hour one night for our food when they said that it would take 15-20 minutes. Then the next time they had our order made up wrong. They wrote it down right but made it wrong. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

We stayed at this hotel specifically for its proximity to Disneyland. The shuttle was convenient, friendly service, and nice clean rooms. The restaurant was the only problem-good food but limited hours and it was the only restaurant in the area without having to drive. Also, they did not offer king beds. We would definitely stay here again- highly recommended for service and overall value.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend while we were visiting both Disneyland & California Disney's Adventures. We love the room. Very clean and I was impressed with the bathroom. The first night we were there the shuttle to Disney was running on time. The next morning, the shuttle took forever to show up that we ended up just driivng our own car back to Disneyland.

Very impressed with everything about this hotel. The staff was always courtious and helpful. Restaurant service was very slow, food was okay. Many places to eat within 5 or 10 mins of hotel (by car). The A.R.T. shuttle ran all day, 7:30 to 9:30, stopping roughly every 20 mins, we never waited very long. Beware that water in the bathroom is EXTREMELY hot! Right now it's chilly in the mornings/evenings so bring jackets! If you stay on the front side of the hotel, 3rd floor or above, you have a great view of the fireworks. I highly recommend the character breakfast at Disneyland!

This hotel was great. The room was clean, nice size and quiet. The location was great for going to Disney. We took the Anaheim Shuttle - wait was short. The first bus filled up quick and another one show up within 3 minutes. Dropped right off at the Disney Resort. It was great not having to drive. And I was glad to be away from the busy disney hotel row. Recommend going near the resort area for food. The hotel restaurant is not worth the money. Will be staying here on next visit.

Clean rooms, large bathroom, mini fridge and cupboard for storing food and snacks (which is a plus when traveling with kids!) , coffeemaker, blow dryer, laundry service. Shuttle service was great and did run every 20 min. Restaurant and room service were quick, though menu is limited. Friendly staff and very clean. Housekeeping was generous with towels. The only issue was figuring out the thermostat. We had a hard time getting the heat to kick on. They had moved it from room unit to digital wall control and the temp would not go up or down. The staff came up at 2 am and fixed the problem.

Hotel was very clean and the laundry facilities were free! The only thing that good use improvement is the carpet deodorizer that they spray. The smell is very strong and overpowering.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn. We liked having breakfast (get the buffet) in the morning on the way to Disney. The shuttle came regularly and dropped us on Disney's door. The room was the perfect size for 4 guests. The only problem was the hot water was too hot, you can burn yourself if not careful. We like to stay here because the price is right (not overpriced to sleep near Disney). We plan to return again.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The room was clean and had a small refridgerator and safe. The 24 hour small store was very helpful (to get water, snacks, etc.) and the staff was very friendly. The beds could be a little more comfortable but for the price you can't beat this hotel. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was good. The shuttle to Disneyland takes about 10-15 minutes if they make other stops but it was very convenient. I would stay here again.

Overall, it's a very acceptable hotel with generally good amenities. It's a little tricky to find at first, and you need to either take the suttle to Disneyland or have a car, yet it's not too far either. Just not walking distance for most. I had to ask for a change of rooms because there was a ceiling leak in the first room. The second room was fine. The rooms are a little small for 4 people. The beds look to be doubles, not queens. One very nice feature was the safe provided in each room. There's also a good sized fridge. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Great, clean hotel. Make sure you book an odd floor because there are no ice/vending machines on even floors. Don't forget your room key because the place is like a fortress - very secure with keycard doors at every turn. Shop needs to have better compliment of sundries such as Q-tips, water, etc. Bathroom door is too close to the room's entry door and potential accidents can happen if not careful when entering the room. Heating/cooling units need to be upgraded. Much too loud for our taste. Restaurant has decent food but pricey like eating at Disneyland.

When I arrived at the hotel I realized Disneyland was a little further than mentioned in the ad. It took at least twenty minutes to check in. However, the rooms were nice and hotel staff were friendly. The food at the restaurant wasn't that great for the price they charge.

The hotel was great! It is not far from all the amusment parks. The pool was great. The hotel staff was not very helpful when asked questions. But the hotel for the price was very worth it, I will surely stay again!

This hotel is clean and quiet. Wireless internet reception is unuseable in the room. Hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland, but I recommend taking the shuttle for an additional cost. A/C works very well. The pool is inviting. Some of the work out equipments are broken. The ice machine is not on the same floor to our rooms, but the elevator is fast. Front desk staff are frequently overwhelmed by crowds. I feel rushed by the staff. We did not try out the restaurant. I was perturbed by the fact that my room key has to be reprogrammed 3 times.

We stayed at this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland. The shuttle service was fast and convenient. We ate one time at the restaurant, skip buffet and order from menu. The pool was wonderful and has a nice poolside food and great pool staff. Towels are provided poolside.

Visited over Memorial Day weekend because rate was excellent. Room was very nice and up to Holiday Inn standards. Still can't believe the great rate we got just a couple days before a holiday weekend.
