The 264-room Holiday Inn Anaheim – Resort Area is a full service hotel offering compatibly priced accommodation equally suited to the business traveler or the vacationer. The nine-story property is close to Disneyland and one mile from the Anaheim Convention Center. Items included with the room rate are wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property, a morning newspaper, in-room coffee and parking. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social events. The largest can accommodate 100 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include Knott’s Berry Farm, Anaheim Stadium, Downtown Disney, the Queen Mary, California State University at Fullerton, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and shopping at the Block of Orange and South Coast Plaza.

All the rooms and 28 suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two dual-line telephones with voicemail and speakerphone, refrigerator, coffeemaker, television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, alarm clock and a hairdryer. Rollaway beds, cribs and connecting rooms are available. Video games and players are available for rent.

The poolside Cabana Bar is open throughout the day and has a fully stocked bar and serves lighter fare. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and a sports court.
