I love this hotel. I have stayed here before and always receive excellent service. The customer service we receive is outstanding and I'm a stickler for that. I travel a lot and thus far this hotel has the best customer service. I will always stay here when I come to Anaheim.

Location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, comfort.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location to Disneyland was excellent however, there were no eating establishments available within walking distance.

Hotel was fine, but as stated in my earlier comment, this was the first time we were not able to get double beds. We have used it for years, however we really are going to have to think twice now because we definitely have to have 2 beds every time we travel. Maybe the standard should be 2 beds instead of one and then people can change it to 1 if they prefer.

Hotel staff was friendly.

Did not have AC in main halls of the hotel.

The Holiday Inn Anaheim is a good option for visitors who are traveling on a budget. Although not on the Disney property, it is close enough that it wont take you hours to get to and from your hotel. Highlights mentioned include the restaurant food and friendly staff. Plus, the distance away from the park made for a more relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were in need of a little TLC but were good for the value. All in all, it is a decent 3 star hotel situated in a prime location.
