Terrific experience on our trip to Disneyland. Helpful staff; fun times in the pool; good spread of food at breakfast every day. Our room was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small kids. If it were within walking distance of Disneyland, it would be perfect. I recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel was not 1/2 blk from Disney. Nor was it surrounded by a town or within walking distance of shops.

Clean room, fairly well laid out. Not sure why the kids suite upstairs room is a loft. Would?ve been better for us if fully enclosed. The light in the stairway is on ALL NIGHT. Corners of the dining table (which is right at the bottom of the stairs) is forehead length for most pre-schoolers (ouch). A small complaint, but an important detail. Free grocery deliver is such a bonus! Will stay here next time, but in the 2 bedroom if staying with two couples/families because of the hallway light and the noise from downstairs if anyone?s in the living room.

I had rented the hotel room without knowing how nice it was going to turn out to be. I had decided on this hotel because of the other reviews I had read and the ratings from other people. I was not diappointed!! I was completely surprised at how much room there was in the family suite. It has plenty of room for 5 of us for the 4 days. It has a complete kitchen, comfortable beds and a fireplace. It is clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

During our stay, a 2x4 foot mirror fell off of the wall, and hit our children. Luckily, they were not seriously hurt, but did suffer cuts and were pretty shook up. The manager did very little to compensate (some band-aids) and when we raised the issue with Marriott, they also did very little to accomodate our ordeal. No concern for our customer experience

2year and 4year ran on lawn outside room with "neighbor" kids. Kids ate free microwave popcorn upon arrival, while I unpacked! Big breakfast, quick turnover, just wait for a table to open up. All staff GREAT!

We were very pleased with the Residence Inn. Even though we had a studio, it was very spacious.We also had a full kitchen which we didn't use to our advantage. We are staying here next time for sure!!

We rented two of teh larger suites for a large family group and had a wonderful trip! Lots of space for everyone and all of our junk we drag with us! The room was clean and staff was wonderful!

In the penthouse suite, I would move the king bed downstairs and the queen bed upstairs. The staff was very helpful in arranging shuttle service to a restaurant and taxi to the ER.

We used to love staying here, but the place has gone downhill. Rude staff, stale food, dirty carpets, lack of upkeep to the propery, no more free shuttle, etc. I just read on tripadvisor someone had roaches in their room.. yikes! Won't stay here again until I find out they've cleaned up their act.
