Studioplus Alameda Airport in Alameda California

During my entire stay, garbage was never removed, bed was not made a single day, soap was never supplied. I complainted to front clerck on shift and all she could do was apologize. Shouldn't I get a satisfactory response from you, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General in Alameda County. Sincerly, Jose S. Tapia
