The staff makes every effort to accomodate you. We asked for upgrade to club floor for a quick breakfast on Monday mornig, and they made sure our room key would work for the club floor. I wish there were more towels in the bathroom. But, other than that and no free internet in room, the rooms were very clean and fresh looking. Oh, the TV's are old. We were very happy with the hotel and priceline.

Although our stay was pleasant there were a few problems. First we were put in an invalid room, which meant no counter space in the bathroom. I did go the desk and asked if we could be moved. As I am not a complainer this was a rather difficult thing to do. We were moved to the third floor, a much larger room and nice bathroom. Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order so I had to go to the 4th floor for ice, no beg deal though. Most of the staff were friendly, but did not look put together very well. Their dress was sloppy. Also, the girls at the reception had rather messy looking hair. Maybe I am too used to the way people are put together in the hotels in Las Vegas. After all, we live here.

Entrance is very attractive, Bar and seating around it is cozy. The young lady behind the bar was extremely friendly.

The blonde receptionist looked sloppy and was unfriendly. Also booked us for three nights in the invalid. We were fortunate enough to be moved.

The 266-room Renaissance Agoura Hills is located in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains and provides luxury accommodation designed for the upmarket business or leisure traveler.
