This hotel more than met my expectations. I only stay at Marriott's whenever possible and this was one of the nicest ones I have been to.

The hotel was so conveniently located just off the interstate. We did not even have to call for directions.

Our room was upstairs and there was an extremely noisy person above our room.

The 72 all-suites Residence Inn by Marriott Springdale provides affordable extended-stay accommodation for both the leisure and business traveler. The three-story, pet-friendly hotel has easy access to I-540 and its suites have separate living and sleeping areas. Items included with the room rate are a managers reception on midweek evenings, a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include the Springdale Aquatic Center, the All Star Sports Arena, Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, Beaver Lake, the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, and Wal-Marts corporate headquarters in Bentonville.

Visitors to Springdale say this is one of the best places to stay. The prices are reasonable, the rooms clean, comfortable and spacious and the employees attentive and friendly. Nice addition to the inns sports court is a putting green. Most visitors say they will use the inn on future visits to the area and have no hesitation in recommending the property to friends and family.
