This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located. Staff was very friendly, but there were some technical problems with computers and wake-up call.

Beautiful lobby.

This is an excellent hotel with a super crew of employees who win awards for their stop-notch service. The rooms are quiet and comfortable although there were some minor moans that the atrium lobby can get noisy when the property is full. This is a major convention hotel in northwest Arkansas and specializes in weddings. Most first-time visitors say they will stay here again and have no problem recommending this Holiday Inn to fellow travelers.
