The 120-room Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock Downtown is located in the heart of the city’s River District and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The six-story, non-smoking hotel is within walking distance of the Arkansas River, the Clinton Presidential Center and The State House Convention Center. There are two rooms available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 60 guests. Take the I-30 East/US-167 North/US-65 North exit towards Downtown, exit #138A. Take the Cantrell Road/AR-10/Markham Street exit, exit #141A. Keep right towards 2nd Street/Ferry Street/Markham Street Turn left onto 2nd Street. Take a right on Commerce Street followed by another right on President Clinton Avenue where the hotel is located.
