I upgraded to a suite with a hot tub effortlessly and enjoyed every minute of being there. This was a great hotel to stay in and I will stay there again.

I think that the hotel. It just seemed a little worn down. The continental breakfast had several healthy options and the staff did a great job of keeping tables clear and restocking food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the hotel was so close to a variety of restaurants. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The staff was very helpful.

Fitness center was tiny.

Ramada Limited & Suites (West Little Rock) gives easy access to many local attractions and businesses, including Hot Springs, the Clinton Presidential Library, State Fair Grounds and Arkansas Art Center. The Ramada offers more than the basics for budget travelers. Most of the guests were satisfied with clean rooms, comped basic breakfast, pool, fitness room, free parking, location, customer service and value for the money spent. However, some visitors were disappointed with dirty carpet in the hallway, uncomfortable beds, mold in bathrooms, stained sheets, malfunctioning in-room amenities, dirty rooms, out-of-order internet, broken equipment in the fitness room and rude staff.
