good location, access, parking good, lobby and public areas attractive and comfortable. Room was comfortable and a good work place for an extended stay.

Comfortable bed and good shower.

Staff in bar and restaurant not attentive to customers. watched a number of customers and myself being overlooked for too long.

Our experience with this hotel was phenomenal. We were in town for a family members' funeral and very tired from our long trip. They have a sleep well program that is included with stay that includes eye cover, ear plugs, sleep inducing CD, and lavender linen spray. Our stay also included heavy hors d'oveurs at dinner and a hot breakfast on our floor. Was all GREAT!

Very friendly, convenient, safe, close to attractions, clean.

This was a very beautiful hotel inside and out. The Bed is wonderful. One of those you wish you could pack in your suitcase. The front desk people were above friendly as well as the restaurant staff. Everyone felt like a VIP.

The Bed was heaven!

The Crowne Plaza Little Rock hotel is the perfect hotel for business or pleasure. This 244 room hotel includes a bar and 11 suites. The hotel is close to downtown and a wealthy of local entertainment such as upscale shopping and a variety of restaurants. Each room has comfortable bedding, pillow top mattresses, flat screen TVs, and CD players with MP3 plugs. If you dont feel like straying far from the hotel it features a Rock and Roll bar with live entertainment, Latte Da Coffee Bar, Cafe 201 Restaurant, and a heated indoor/outdoor pool.

The Crowne Plaza Little Rock is considered one of the best hotels in the city. Guests of the hotel really enjoyed how friend the staff was. Many former guests said that you could tell how much the staffed enjoyed their work, and took pride in it. The new stylish decor was also a major plus making comparable to any stylish hotel in a major city. The one downside is it can be tough to get back onto the interstate as you have to cross heavy traffic.
