It's too bad the staff members of this Day's Inn Hotel couldn't work under better conditions. They were the very pleasant part of this stay. The hotel is in what I consider to be 'ghetto' condition. The walkways are litered with debris. I had to change my room because one of the locks was literally broken in two. Scary!
The staff was very, very kind and available. I appreciated the excellent service they offered.
The condition of the hotel is shocking for a Day's Inn! The surroundings were litered with garbage, cigarette butts and in a very messy condition.

This hotel was fine. I was working very long days in the heat and all I wanted was an exepensive place to sleep and shower. Perfect for me.
Price!!! Cheapest in Little Rock, and budget is always my main concern.
The air conditioner was old and it took forever to cool the room off.

Accommodations
My room was extremely comfortable and it was large enough that I did not feel squeezed into the desk to do my paperwork. The bathroom was cleaned daily and the towels were really soft, which is rather rare for an older hotel. The Room even had an updated vanity that was truly nice for doing hair and makeup.
Amenities offered
This particular days Inn had a pool and amazingly it was kept so clean and nice. As you walked past it looked so cool and inviting. Along with a pool there was ample parking all around the hotel on all four sides. Something I had never before experienced and it was indeed nice to be able to park right in front of yoour room.

I would recommend this hotel to business travelers as it certainly does meet all the little requirements business people need such as Hi speed internet, free local calls, alarm clocks in the room as well as wake up service and a business center in the lobby. It is close to the airport and makes your travel time virtually non- existent to the hotel and back to the airport. They also have a shuttle service. There are restaurants within walking distance to the hotel which was very nice and gave you a choice of fine dining or casual.
