Very nice staff that remembers your name if you come often. I have stayed there for one week a month for 2 years and they still have most of the same staff. Good People

First stay was okay, since then we needed to take our child back to arkansas childrens hospital. There reservation methods have changed and I received a very rude non helpful person who became somewhat of a smart mouth until I asked to speak to her supervisor. Still they seemed to not have a rate for Arkansas Childrens Hospital patients less than two months after we were there the first time. Something should be done about this.

Booked hotel for pleasure weekend. Very nice staff. Convenient location to shopping/restaurants. Clean room, quiet and safe location.

I really liked this hotel because it was clean, had a small gym, a pool, a restaurant and was located close to our destinations (downtown, etc.) I liked the premium sheets and the bed was comfortable. BUT, the air conditioner kept me up half the night because it was SO LOUD!!! I should have asked for another room and hoped for a quiet night. I would have rated it higher than a 3 except for the noise.

This Courtyard is a little older and on the bottom edge for them, quality-wise. Decently quiet location. Room was generally very clean, but housekeeping couldn't see mold in the shower. Rowdy group of college kids delayed our bedtime and front desk was unconcerned. Our room, strangely, appeared to be used one day, with newspaper left on nitestand. Small TV. Needs an upgrade.

my husband and I stayed at a 3 star hotel and was sleeping on a 3" sofa bed mattress with see thru sheets the furniture was worn out and paid good money for such poor king suite. We complained to the manager and was told they know the bed problem and it will be updated sometime in June 05 this problem has been going on this 1999. I have a bad back and sleeping on a 3" sofa bed mattress in a king suite was so bad we will not be back. This hotel rating should be a #1 star in my book.
