Great hotel. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good.

Clean. Room was nice size. We used the fold out sofa.

We asked for a double but they only had king rooms. It did not matter when we found that they had a sofa that made into a bed.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. It was central to several places that I was going. I did not like that breakfast was $7.95. Other than that, the room was comfortable and the space was adequate.

The 149-oom Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock West provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located at the intersection of I-630 and I-430, less than two minutes from War Memorial Stadium and the Little Rock Zoo. Items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are three meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 45 guests. The hotel is within walking distance of several stores including Best Buy, Old Navy, Garden Ridge, Home Depot and Barnes and Noble.

All the guestrooms, and 12 suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two-line telephone with voicemail. Many of the rooms have private patios and views over the courtyard and pool area.

There have been some changes made at this Courtyard. Earlier complaints about inexperienced staff and poor service have stopped. More recent visitors are happy with the employees and delighted with the location, in the elite Little Rock West area. Many say they will return to this hotel on future visits to Little Rock. The room prices are higher than some neighboring properties but several clients said it was worth the extra. The breakfast was reasonably priced and parking is free, something that is an extra charge at other hotels.
