The hotel was neat and clean. The room was in good order. I did not eat at the hotel, so I am unable to rate the food or restaurant. The desk staff were friendly on check-in and out. The location of the hotel made travel in the city easy.

The staff was friendly and the accommodations were neat and clean. The location was very convenient to the interstate which made travel easy.

I would request a room not on the side of the interstate next time (the traffic kept me awake most of the night).

The 150-room Holiday Inn Presidential Conference Center is located off Interstate 30 in downtown Little Rock and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and vacationer. Items included with the room rate at this eight-story, non-smoking hotel are a shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as to many downtown attractions, wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property, local telephone calls, in-room coffee, a morning newspaper and parking. There is 3,000 square feet of meeting space and a presidential boardroom that can accommodate meetings or banquets for 300 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include the Clinton Presidential Library, the Rivermarket District, the Convention Center and the State Capitol.

All the rooms and 11 suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two dual-line telephones with voicemail and speakerphone. The suites have the added benefit of a separate living room, microwave oven, refrigerator and whirlpool bathtub. Handicap accessible rooms are available.

This is a great hotel in a good location, close to the center of downtown. That is the opinion of visitors to Little Rock who stayed at this Holiday Inn. They said the staff here knew how to turn guests into friends and had helpful advice about the area attractions and knew the best place to eat nearby. There were some minor moans that it was time to have flat panel televisions in all the rooms. Most guests said they would recommend the property to others and stay here themselves on future visits to the Arkansas capital.
