This was a nice, clean hotel. It was well worth paying a few dollars more than a traditional hotel room because it is more like an apartment. Free, hot, breakfast buffet, although not spectacular, was a nice perk and much better than most budget hotels.

Clean, spacious, lot's of conveniences, good value.

Pool was closed for winter. It did not have a heated pool.

Just a great place for a traveler to stay while in Fort Smith, Ark. The nightly rate was very good. I have stayed at other hotels in Fort Smith and this hotel is by far the best.

Great location ,the condition of buildings was excellent, the breakfast bar was excellent, rooms very clean and maintained that way .Great Staff.

I really have no complaints.

The Residence Inn Fort Smith is a great choice. The location is excellent with plenty of shops and restaurants located nearby and easy access to all the main roads. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and while the housekeeping can sometimes be slow the service is friendly. The food is very tasty, and the price really is a good value for all that you get.
