Very friendly staff and facilities were first rate. Long trucks with trailers will have difficulty with limited parking.
Extremely friendly staff, Best Biscuits and gravy I have had in a long time.
Parking is a little tight for big trucks .

The room was nice, it was a smoking room which smelled like smoke. I should have asked for non-smoking. The pool was cold but my girls still swam in it, but other then that it was a good stay. I bought some air freshener and enjoyed the stay.
Convenience and location.
The indoor pool was cold and that was the whole reason we stayed there.

Most travelers who selected this Holiday Inn Express for their stay in Fort Smith were delighted with their choice. There were good reviews about the bountiful breakfast buffet and a cheerful crew of workers who had lots of helpful hints to assist newcomers find their way around. The evening receptions with snacks and drinks were an unexpected bonus for many visitors. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well equipped and reasonably priced.
