Great Bargain - posted on 05/07/2006
My stay at Amerisuites was excellent. The shuttle service was great. The room was better than I expected and at a great rate. The breakfast was very good. They need more seats in the dining area and a larger laundry room.

Comfortable, roomy and quiet - posted on 12/13/2006
The hotel is great, the rooms are excellent. We had a little problem with the room service. The beds were never made up and the time given for breakfast was not enough. But don't worry I will be back. I liked your hotel.
Not a great experience... - posted on 02/20/2006
Your heating system leaves a lot to be desired. Twice in the last 6 months I have stayed here and it happened to be cold. When turning on the heat it smelled terrible and I turned it off rather than subject myself to fumes. Also you need new mattresses!

It's very nice to find a hotel near the airport and find out it's comfortable and very pleasant.

I was satisfied with my business visit. Airport nearby and necessary business also. I would stay again .

Overall, the stay was a pleasant one. Good breakfast buffet, reasonable room rates, the beds were a little too hard, but I would stay there again.Night
Breakfast buffet - posted on 12/20/2005
My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was free because it had not only coffee & donuts, but a variety of breakfast food items. Also, the front desk personnel was very nice and helpful. Thank you to all.

Great breakfast, considering the cost. Fast, simple wireless internet.
A friend to the rescue - posted on 11/03/2005
On our way to an out-of-town wedding, my family and I stayed at your hotel on Oct. 5, 2005. Your staff and facility were very nice. The wedding was beautiful. We left early to drive straight through, however we encountered vehicle problems with our brand new truck and as fate would have it, we broke down about 2 miles from your hotel. We knew that we were going to have to spend the night since it was a Sunday. We called Amerisuite Hotel hoping that we would be able to get a room. To our surprise, we not only got a room, your hotel honored our previous discounted rate and gave us late checkout to accomodate for the repairs that had to be done to our vehicle. From the bottom of my heart I thank you and your wonderful staff.
Disappointed - posted on 11/01/2005
Although newly remodeled, the room was less than I anticipated. Lighting, by the bathroom sink was dim. We were "bothered: by housekeeping staff twice before 9 a.m. alhough check-out was not until noon. Breakfast area was very small and food items were not stocked so selection was limited. I will not stay at this facility next time I am in Tucson.
Coming again - posted on 10/31/2005
We checked in late and left early. We didn't experience any dining facilities. Personnel were extremely friendly. Room was quiet, clean. Would stay again.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Large rooms. Good Breakfast. Carpet on the elevators and hallways needs to be replaced.

Had low expectations given the 'budget' status and the proximity to airport...I was totally wrong. Great place, nice room, courteous staff. Location is a weakness, 15 mins from downtown.
Offensive smelling hotel room. - posted on 06/17/2005
We had a small dog and the room that we were given smelled so bad that I would never return to this hotel. We have stayed in other chains with nice rooms and no odor. Also the pool sttated it was heated and in fact it wasn't, too cold to even get in. Very disappointed in this chain.
Nice hotel - posted on 05/23/2005
Spacious (all suite) room, clean and quiet. Staff is courteous, and good breakfast. A spa would be a nice addition (plenty of space in the pool area). Would stay there again.
My experience... - posted on 05/16/2005
Well overall everything was great! The two things that need improvement are the complimentary breakfast, no matter how early i got there it was cold, and the air conditioner had a horrible smell.
Unsatisfactory and unfriendly!! - posted on 05/05/2005
After getting my baggage, I called for the shuttles and was told it would be there in 5 minutes since it was just down the hill. 25 minutes later, I had to call again, and it came 10 minutes after that.My room was not aired out and appeared to have been smoked in (I had reserved a non smoking room) The front desk was not friendly in arranging a room change. My stay was unsatisfactory.
great for the family - posted on 05/04/2005
beautifully decorated, large rooms with refrigerater, microware and kitchenwareFor breakfast just make sure you are there before 10 minutes before 10 amm because they will collect all food trays 2 minutes before even if you are already there

We appreciated getting such satisfacory lodging at the last minute. I didn't get the shuttle drivers name, but he was very friendly and accomodating. I would stay at this facility again and recommend it to others.
Good Stay In Tuscon And Phoenix - posted on 11/03/2004
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your hotels-- both Tuscon and Phoenix the next evening. In Tuscon Amy was particularly helpful for directions. Our only complaint would be the lighting at the bathroom sink -- very difficult for putting on make-up, and the other lighting in the room could be brighter. The only other thing is the temperature of the eggs and sausage at the "bountiful" breakfast buffet -- I would suggest either a paper plate or a china plate (such as the one in Phoenix) for heating up in the microwave.
Noisy Air Conditioners - posted on 10/26/2004
The air conditioners were excessively noisy. Housekeeping uses too much scented products to mask unwanted smells in the rooms. Layering fragrances over odors only makes it worse.
