Rooms will be found clean, comfortable, with options for families, business people, pet owners, and more. Staff is pleasant and accommodating, and the area is surprisingly quiet for lodging so near an airport.

Guests felt the hotel was convenient to the airport, downtown and southern Tucson tourist spots, but that it may be too long of a drive for sites to the north. They liked the clean, spacious rooms, the comfortable bedding and pillows rated "soft" to "firm". The pool was enjoyable, if a little bit small, and happy hour performers made for a really fun way to unwind. Others were surprised by how quiet the hotel was being so near to the airport. Both the complimentary cookies and continental breakfast were big hits among guests. The only major complaint was pricing, with regular rooms sometimes a few dollars difference from executive clubs or suites, and sometimes more expensive the basic rooms at different, higher quality hotels.
