Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a newspaper on weekday mornings and parking. The Desert Diamond Casino and the Casino Del Sol offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel. Other area attractions and landmarks include Biosphere II, the Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Old Tucson Studios, the Pima Air Museum, Pinal Air Park, Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, the University of Arizona and shopping at the El Con Mall, Tucson Mall and the Foothills Mall.

Frequent visitors to the northern Tucson area rate this Comfort Suites highly. The rates are reasonable and the suites are well decorated, light and airy. There were some complaints about dirty carpets in the corridors but the rooms were clean and well equipped. Late arrivals at the breakfast bar said some of the items had been consumed and were not replenished. All the suites have high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, a refrigerator, microwave oven, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and telephone with voicemail. The business suites have a work desk with ergonomic chair and two telephone lines. Some suites have a whirlpool and handicap accessible rooms are available.
