This was the first time for my family and I felt that your room was ok and the other services were excellent.

The building and property can be a bit claustrophobic -- windows look into walls, rooms are dark. Carpet is dark and least attractive feature in room. Some improvements have been made recently, and it appears the property is in transtion to InnSuites, but no amount of cleanup makes up for the layout of some of the rooms.

We had to be moved to another room because the air conditioner in our room did not work. The other room was cooled but the TV reception was pretty poor in both rooms we booked. The beds were good. We were situated next to the hotel laundry rooms and the pool area and it was pretty loud.

Our room was acceptable, though small. The maid service did not happen until late in the afternoon, which seemed out of the ordinary. We were happy with the breakfast accommodations, and the choice of sitting inside or outside was a nice bonus. My son liked the availability of a basketball court and ball to play with. We did not receive a helpful answer from the person at the front desk to our question about the cost of the video games in our room. The person who answered the phone did not know, and said there was no way she could find out. When my friend called her again to ask the same question and requested her name, she realized that she should find out, but I feel that she could have done this the first time without the suggestion of criticism of her job being forwarded to her boss.
