Will not stay there again! - posted on 03/13/2007

Stayed at this hotel for a women's conference. In the refrigerator I found left over food in styrofoam containers ; and an empty coke can behind the curtain. The room was obviously not cleaned well. One of the public ladies restrooms on the property, was a cockroach 2" long. Breakfast brunch did have hot griddles for waffles, but the rest of the buffet left something to be desired. No meat to go with the scrambled eggs, and potatoes. There was cold cereal and fruit juices also, but no pastry. The evening meal included with our conference fee also was not particularly good.

Disgusting! - posted on 01/20/2006

There were mouse turds (yes, feces) on the sheets on the pull-out sofa bed. The phone cord behind the night stand was "chewed" in half. There was mold growing on the bathroom wall, and bathroom ceiling was water-stained, soggy, and sagging. The employee at check-in and check-out was overwhelmed and not able to do much (appeared to not have any training)

Front desk - posted on 11/04/2005

When reserving room,I specified that I had to have a lower level...had a wheel chair in party and could not do stairs. At check in, was given a room on upper level. I had to push the issue and insist on a ground floor room or couldn't stay at your hotel for our Fall Conference.

This hotel is way overprice for what you get. The landscaping was beautiful and the rest was horrible. The bathroom in our room had a leaky bathtub and had stained

this place needs to start over - posted on 08/18/2005

rooms are dirty, no curtain in the shower, curtains on windows are frayed at the bottom and keep the air conditioning from getting to the room, the front desk people are doing what they can with the poor resources they have, but management is truley in need of an overhaul as well as the entire facility.

downtown Tucson done cheap but almost-luxurious - posted on 06/02/2005

I really adore this place...when I get an inside courtyard room. There is a restaurant, a bar, a huge expanse of green grass, friendly staff, a huge Olympic-size pool and lots of lounge chairs to enjoy the quiet.

Internet Access Problems - posted on 04/27/2005

I selected this hotel due to location and free high speed internet. Their Internet was greatly limited (could not even send E-mail out) - because of security issues. Then the connection was messed up the entire last day I was there.

Unpleasant stay - posted on 04/14/2005

The rooms and services available at this hotel were the most unpleasant experience my wife and I have ever encountered in our travels. The room was an absolute sham. We would have been much better off staying at a lesser cost chain hotel. The toilet would not quit running, the faucet in the shower had a leak that ran continuosly, the air conditioner ran either on Hi or not at all, so you either froze or were too hot. We will not stay at these hotels again, nor will any of our friends and business associates.

Good experience - posted on 04/01/2005

Excellent amenities, beautiful courtyard, fun looking bar/lounge, and nice lobby. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Carpets were a little worn and the buffet definitely needs expanding.

Poor service - posted on 03/30/2005

Customer service was poor. The restaurant was slow, overpriced, and unfriendly. There were never enough towels in the room.

Road Warriors - posted on 03/27/2005

Traveling with my 9 year old son and hitting three cities in four days, location and price range were foremost on my mind.Although not in the best of neighborhoods, its location for getting in and out of Tucson is excellent. We both loved the courtyard. The amenities that are offered are great for the price.I really liked the decor of the lobby. The bar looked like a fun place. An upgrade in the room carpet and a little more organization and space in the buffet is in order. My son liked the bed and the pool.

The bathroom was in need of repair . I didn't feel it was worth the price paid.

Trash All Over - posted on 04/29/2004

Perimeter grounds were trash filled. The room was NOTHING even remotely like a suite. Condition of the room was horrible. Toilet malfunctioned, shower curtain moldy and torn, finish in bathtub chipped and peeling, gross bedding, sheet ripped, extrememly run-down condition overall. It was a total rip off and we will never stay with you again, nor will anyone we have told. The advertisement was not representative of what we got, to say the least. D. Keylon
