Overall, the hotel was nice. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor, as was the ventillation.

Friendly service and very clean. Very nice pool area.

Poor water pressure in shower and no ventillation in bathroom. Ice and vending only on 2nd and 4th floors.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for a 3-star in East Tucson. We enjoyed the pool and exercise room. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice experience for the money and would not mind staying there again.

Complimentary coffee and popcorn in lobby.

Restaurant disorganized.

The pet-friendly Hilton provides an assortment of state-of-the-art conveniences for an enjoyable stay. Many visitors liked clean, well-appointed accommodations, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, free breakfast and Wi Fi, fitness center, restaurant, attractive lobby, well-kept grounds, ample parking and accommodating staff. However, some guests were disappointed with sparse amenities at the executive level, malfunctioning, noisy climate control units, substandard food at the restaurant and cancellation policy.
