Great front desk staff! really know how to make guest feel welcome! I felt like I was Home! really funny and outgoing! for young kids they were really professional! I'm for sure coming back! Hopefully they're still there. Great food! Comfortable beds! Slept like a baby.

there was no volleyball net; no horseshoes; no heated pool; no restaurant on site; continental breakfast ran out of everything - no one around to replenish; had to go to main lobby for coffee; book online and asked for 2 beds, when I got there they had me down for 1 king; other people checking in had the same problem; only good thing was the comfortable bed and pillows

This hotel is under new ownership & is finishing a wonderful remodel/renovation. The rooms are big and the beds are like heaven. The new Bar & restaurant are to open in Jan.07 - can hardly wait to stay again when all the work is finished. Great staff, very helpful and personable and the location is perfect. They have free high speed internet and a delicious breakfast and airport transfers were free too.

The hot water was hot. The cold water was hot. They don't provide ice buckets. The walls are paper thin. The light coming in underneath the door from the hallway works well as a night light. The AC in the room is loud. My bed sheets stunk. Some of the towels were dirty. The small marble shelf in the corner of the shower fell off. The Coke machine at the end of the hallway didn't work. The credit card type key stopped working after the first night. You can find a much nicer place for the same or less money.

when construction is complete, this will be a nice place. Needs a restaraunt. In room internet access would be a plus. Staff tries hard. Keep an eye on this one.

we loved our stay here (7 days) breakfast had hot and cold, awesome! they were renovating rooms, but we heard no noise.pool was great, service was very friendly we will stay there next trip as well

It was very easy booking my reservation online. I was able to leave my car in the hotel parking lot for the 9 days that I was away from home. The shuttle service going to Tucson International Airport, and then back to the hotel 9 days later, went very well. The driver was pleasant and was very punctual. I would definitely stay at the Best Western Airport Hotel again.

We will return because of the nice comp. breakfast and the comp. drinks each evening. Bartenders and desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Surprisingly very quiet, for being almost in the airport. (Hot) breakfast very adequate, and the free cocktails in the evening are a nice extra.

Arrived after midnight the front desk clerk was all smiles. Very clean roon was surprised at the location for the inexpensive price.
