I've stayed in many hotels and found this one to have the most comfortable yet. We just couldn't get up. I am not a "Stay in the bed type" We slept well. Thank you

it's one of the best hotels i've ever stayed at (not many). the room was awesome! the beds were comfy, it had a couch, desk, microwave, fridge, and 2 tvs! breakfastwas definitely the best i've had with fresh waffles and take home baggies! the people were nice too! staying here again this week!

Excellent service, everyone prompt and really nice. Shuttle service, they even took me to mcdonalds because it was too dark to walk at that time. Good location.

Hotel is clean and rooms are typical mini suite size for Springhill hotels. Close to airport and interstates to get around. Short drive to ASU. Very nice free breakfast--more than cereal and donuts. Free shuttle to airport. Shuttle driver not always available when needed however. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was new and clean. The room was large and decorated nicely. Our only regret was that you didn't have dining outside of the continental breakfast.

We arrived 7 minutes after the shuttle driver left for the night. The hotel paid the taxi fee so we could return our rental van to the airport. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was the best! I definately give this hotel 5 stars!!!

Have stayed here twice. Very clean and spacious rooms. Hotel staff was very courteous and accomodating. The items offered on the free breakfast buffet were more than I expected. Great value for the money. I will stay here again if in the area.

It's the little things like good water pressure when you take a shower. This hotel was centrally located, clean, quiet, friendly staff and great breakfast. I was very pleased. We will stay there again.

The beds were the worst we have ever slept in. We asked for a mattress pad and were given a double pad on a king sized bed. We ended up sleeping on the sofa sleeper.
