The 99 all-suites SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix Tempe Airport provides inexpensive accommodation for both leisure and business traveler. The six-story, non-smoking hotel is two miles from the airport and close to Tempe Beach Park and Arizona State University. Items included with the room rate are a buffet breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one meeting room available for business or social events that can accommodate 20 guests. There are four golf courses within an easy drive of the hotel. Other attractions nearby include Casino Arizona, ASU Stadium, Arizona Mill Outlet Mall and the Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

Several former clients say the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite its location close to the airport and railroad tracks. Other features are a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail, cable television with news and movie channels, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness center. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several places to eat nearby. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions.
