A very clean, well kept hotel. I had made reservations through a hotel website, not Bestwestern and needed to leave a day early. The woman at the desk made arrangements so that we would not be charged for leaving early. She genuinely wanted to help us, and she did! A wonderful place to stay and the price is the best. I'm staying there again this month.

The staff at this hotel was so nice. X did not get me in the 1st night and the front desk was so understanding. Beautiful lobby, covered patio near pool, and pool was fun.
High Crime Area - posted on 03/01/2007
We stayed at your hotel for five excrutiating nights! The beds were horrendous, the first two nights the noise from next door was unbelievable! we thought the people were having a conversation at the foot of our bed! To top it off, we did not receive any warning that your hotel is located in a high crime area, and our vehicle was broken into and over $5000 dollars of goods were stolen, with absolutely no support or assistance from your so-called security and surveillance setup. In fact the police discovered that the cameras were not functioning during the break-in as our car was parked directly under one.

Hotel was quite good, and had a great brekfast buffet. Breakfast room was very small compared to the size of the hotel, and was very crowded at certain times in the morning (no more seats). Nice features: outside pool and computer in the lobby.

The service was excellent. The rooms are clean, the shower is great and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Great value for the money and a great location, across the street from the mall. Only one computer available, so utilize connection in room. Hotel was very quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to have a full service restaurant, not just breakfast.

We were 4 in a group and we wanted to pay with 4 credit cards and we couldnīt. Just have that option available, or let the clerk know you can do it. Other than that it was great.

For the money, this hotel was quite good. The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good and had decent variety. I would stay here again.

This was my first visit to Tempee. It was most enjoyable. The scenery is beautiful and the people are so laid back. I am glad that I chose your hotel. One problem arose and it was taken care of immediately . Thanks to you and your staff.

The Holiday Inn Express-Tempe was the best place to stay while we were in Tempe watching the Utah Utes in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. It was the greatest time I have ever had. The rooms were great along with the great bar and service that we got there. Overall it was a great time, without this great hotel the trip wouldnt have been as fun.
