We enjoyed the hotel and would gladly go there again.

We found the room clean at all times. Breakfast very good.

First night there was a party - in the halls above us - until 3:00am.

Quality place with great staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The service was great and friendly, especially the breakfast crew in the main lobby.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The location was a little farther away from downtown.

I would stay here again if called for. Staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Rooms were spacious and the price was great. They need to be more careful as to their plantings. My car was covered with seeds etc. forcing me to the carwash prior to my attending to my business.

Situated across from Arizona Mills Mall near where Superstition Freeway meets I-10, the Residence Inn by Marriott Tempe makes a fine starting point less than six miles from both the airport and ASU. Leisure travelers can take the interstate for fifteen minutes and indulge in downtown Phoenixs popular attractions. Outdoors people may be interested in the several parks and golfing opportunities located within a 4-mile radius. All who stay here can partake in a free filling breakfast buffet and a nightly dinner. After a tiring day you can unwind with a nice cocktail in the lobby where complimentary coffee and newspaper issues are provided.

Reaching ASU is easy from this site, as well as the airport. The neighborhood is very safe. Rooms are comfortable and roomy as well as come with nice furniture. Housekeeping doesnt do a particularly thorough job, but the front desk staff is very friendly, and extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is something to look forward to as it well prepared and always fresh.
