Rooms - posted on 02/08/2006

The rooms were good and the last day we stayed there we were suppose to check out but they let us stay a little longer because our flight didn't leave until later that day. That was very nice of them. The halls and foyer could have been a little cleaner, but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay and it was close to the freeway and it was easy on and off. Thank-you

Super Staff. - posted on 02/01/2006

The location is great and this may actually be the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with anywhere.

Excellent! We extended our stay. - posted on 01/20/2006

Wonderful room! I wasn't expecting a jacuzzi and mini kitchen so it was very much appreciated having them there when we got the flu. We were so comfortable, we more than doubled our stay until we felt better. Great staff, excellent service, highly recommended!

Hotel staff helped me solve a problem - posted on 12/19/2005

After I returned home following a one-night stay, I realized that I had left my alarm clock in the room. Since I live 100 miles from Tempe, I called the hotel and asked them to check the room I stayed in for the alarm clock. They found it, called me, and mailed it to me at minimal extra expense to me. I appreciate their special attention to an oversight on my part.

Only good for sleeping - posted on 05/08/2007

It was a good thing we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Cons: the "spas" are tiny and dirty- wouldn't risk the dip; the front desk clerk friendly, but unprofessional; dried up chicken nugget found on the floor in our room (it didn't belong to us!; neighborhood was a little sketchy Pros: fitness center was nice; hotel was quiet; back-door entrance was convenient; continental breakfast was more than anticipated; freeway close

Not really clean - posted on 05/16/2006

Beds were great, very comfortable. TV with good reception and selection. Room was not really clean; an article of garbage was on the floor for several days and dirt was under the bed, which I noticed when I checked the room, to make sure I did not leave anything, as I was preparing to return home. I reported a light that did not work in the bathroom and it was never fixed.

Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. A/C unit drowns out overhead aircraft (both loud). Lap pool is a novelty but not really useful (current forces you to sides). Northbound traffic cannot enter hotel. Great value and central location.

Don't stay here! - posted on 10/11/2004

I don't get these other 5 reviews. The room was filthy! My white socks turned black! The blanket had DNA on it! The tub had mildew! 2 of the 3 "hot tubs...weren't!
