We booked a room in the lodge and were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a cabin on arrival. The cabins are spacious and well appointed. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. We couldn't have been more pleased with the resort and the town and are already planning a return visit.

From the moment we arrived in Seodna we were in paradise. The customer service there is incredible. Our bags were taken out of the car and sent to our room while we explored the hotel. The room was great, couldnt have asked for a more relaxing home away from home. The restaurant at L'Auberge is my new favorite. The food was delicious. We will definetly be back!!!

The staff and service at Lauberge are first class in the old definition of that term. We had a wonderful mid-week stay; dinner by the creek was magical. Do not be put off by the $20 service charge, it's an investment! In lieu of gratuities, it also covers morning coffee and scones, evening wine and hors d' oeuves. They even found us a replacement for a hard-to-find blown out tire while we were doing better things.

We were looking forward to staying in a luxury hotel. We were disappointed in the quality of the room. The window was broken and we had to change rooms after waiting for maintenance staff that never arrived to fix it. We did love the linens but were disappointed with the pillows. The location was good...close to restaurants and shopping. Not worth the price.......

Horrible Service!! Employees were terrible with customer service. Bitten by bugs in room. Room service a nightmare. Internet didn't work. I travel frequently and would NEVER stay here again!

My experience at L'Auberge was absolutely amazing. Right from the get go staff were responding to my every need!! It was our wedding anniversary and they sent us wonderful amenities. It is a very romantic and beautiful place to stay. The terrace on the creek was magical and the wait staff was perfect. I will reccommend L'Auberge to everyone! Talk about 1st Class!

They closed the only on site restaurant, with no prior notice to guests, in order to have a staff party. Then staff cars clogged available parking next to hotel. Poorest excuse for "luxury resort hotel".

It was a nice hotel but overpriced. Cottages were nice but not amazing.

While the room and lodge were cozy, we found nothing exceptional in the room to justify the price. The attitude of the front desk staff was unbelievably rude, especially upon checkout. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I just got married at this unbeilevable resort. It was simply fantastic. The staff and service attitude are outstanding. We were totally pampared from the moment we arrived. The Chef out did himself.
