Good experience... - posted on 01/20/2006

We are from Ohio. When we got to Sedona Hilton, we were put in a room with no mountain view, but before we unpacked I went to the front desk and asked to be moved. The lady at the desk was very helpful and moved us to a room with a mountain view. We were so grateful. The only complaint I had was the chairs. Both the inside and outside chairs were very uncomfortable. Otherwise our experience at the Hilton was very good. Thanks.

DONT GO THERE - posted on 04/18/2007

If you want to pay for a nice room go ahead but expect bad service. The rooms were nice we had a room without a view but it was still ok, the pools were great, food terrible and the service was the worst Ive ever had. From the check in to an hour and a half for burnt food the people dont care the hotel is 100 percent booked. Go to Sedona stay in town at a 2 star hotel and enjoy the town.

Is this a Hilton? - posted on 06/15/2006

I've stayed at this hotel three times fro professional meetings. The staff and service just keep getting worse! I have seldom stayed at a hotel where the staff seems so negative towards the customer. This hotel has a nice location and reasonable room rate but the level of service and staff indifference makes it unacceptable. Stay at Enchantment Resort!

Great Spot - A Must See - posted on 06/13/2006

The Hilton Spa and Resort in Sedona is in a beautiful location. Best for those who want to get away from touristy environment. The gym and large lap pool were worth every penny ($10 per day per room). Great facility. Did I mention the food!! Better than 5 star hotel we stayed at in Scottsdale. Ate all our meals at the hotel over three day period. One was better than the other. Staff well informed and very friendly.

rooms are good, esp. the suites. do not eat there - there is better food everywhere else. spa is ok but can't compare to las vegas.

Nice Views and Pools - posted on 01/20/2006

Very nice hotel. Rooms are large and there is views of mountains in every direction. My stay was in the middle of winter and the pools were still great! Friendly staff and everything was very clean. The location is about 15 minutes from downtown Sedona, but fine with a car.

Great stay - posted on 01/16/2006

Beautiful hotel! Room was great. We were upgraded to a suite with fireplace and jacuzzi. The spa was wonderful. I just wish it would have been a little warmer so we could use the pool. We even extended our stay.

Sedona NOT! - posted on 10/16/2005

We were disapointed with the fact it was 8 miles from Sedona. We believe we were "decieved" Afterall it has Sedona in it's name. Cleaning service was marginal. Rooms large however. Still overpriced for the quality of the hotel. The last straw however was the midnight excurstion to the vending macfhine to get a $1.50 bottle of water...A full 10 OZ! YIKES!

1 night instead of 5 nights - posted on 10/06/2005

staff is indifferant unfriendly compare rooms to a motel, with the cost of the room much greater. the restaurant had tables uncleaned outside for smoking but would not clean them so we went somewhere ese to eat-a bitt of a drive to sedona itself

Not worth the room rate - posted on 06/24/2005

Hotel has no VIP facilities, and as a franchise, no interest in providing any HHonors level service. Indifferent hotel staff, a big blue mechanical crane parked in front of our room, and overpriced rooms.

Wonderful Hilton Sedona review - posted on 04/13/2005

The room was wonderful! I just love the balcony & fireplace, and the suite layout so my 8 year old son could go to bed, and we could stay up & enjoy the stars! The concierge was very helpful in booking a jeep tour & suggesting restaurants too.

Stayed with 2 toddlers, had plenty of space. No problems w/ bugs or dirt! Kind & knowledgably staff. Late check in was rough though.

Nice And Quiet - posted on 07/26/2004

Me and a couple of girlfriends stayed for a night, and found the hotel to be nice and quiet. We found that after requesting towels by the pool side was a difficult task. We ended up walking back to our room soaking wet. And we also ended up getting into trouble for supposedly laghing too loudly in our room. But in all, our room was nice. Oh, yeah, local calls are an $.80 charge per call, and we were never notified.
